FitPersona Terms
FitPersona provides automated, general fitness suggestions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and plans are not necessarily reviewed by a human coach or doctor.
Safety
Stop exercise for sharp, severe, unusual or worsening pain, chest pressure, fainting or serious breathing difficulty. Seek qualified medical care when appropriate. You are responsible for choosing a safe environment and following your clinician’s restrictions. Pregnancy, uncontrolled conditions, recent surgery and rehabilitation needs require qualified professional guidance before using a general plan.
Automated output
Automated suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. FitPersona limits them to an approved exercise library, validates plan structure and uses predefined fallbacks, but these controls do not replace your judgment or professional care. Do not use Personal Coach for diagnosis, medication, supplements or emergency decisions.
Digital purchases
Digital services inside Telegram are sold only in Telegram Stars (XTR). Access is granted only after Telegram sends FitPersona a verified successful_payment receipt. Closing an invoice or seeing a client-side success screen does not activate access.
30-Day Pass
The 30-Day Pass is a one-time purchase. It lasts 30 days from activation, or begins after an existing pass ends when stacked. It does not renew automatically.
FitPersona Pro
Pro is a 30-day recurring Telegram Stars subscription. Its current price and renewal terms are shown immediately before checkout. It renews every 30 days until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for before its expiry date.
Refunds and support
Refund requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, technical failures and other legitimate purchase problems. Send /paysupport followed by your issue to the FitPersona bot. FitPersona, not Telegram support, handles merchant disputes. Approved Stars refunds are issued through Telegram’s official refund method and related access may be removed.
Fair use
Do not automate accounts, abuse referrals, attack the service or attempt to obtain paid access without a valid purchase. We may limit abusive activity while preserving legitimate receipts and support rights.
Changes
Material changes will use a new terms version. A new purchase may require accepting the current version. Prices already paid do not change retroactively.
